Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

The spacious, sunny and private chalet has large glass doors that open to a wide deck with breathtaking views and a patio with a luxurious double bath. Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

The cottage is positioned amongest a working orchard on sunny Ripponvale Road where stone fruit, grapes and of course cherries are abundant. Positioned to enjoy the sun with large timber decks ideal to take in the view and striking sunsets with a glass of local Pinot Noir. Located 5 mins from Cromwell, 40 mins from Wanaka and 45 minute drive to Queenstown and International Airport.

Our cottage is self-contained and on the same section as our home.
