Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

There is a restaurant, two cafes, pizzeria, and Chinese takeaway in Roslyn Village as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, barber, hairdresser and nail salon. All just 5 minutes walk away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. No children sorry!

This studio room features a queen bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom and kitchen facilities (please see house rules for restrictions) along with a high standard of comfort provided by double-glazed windows and doors, full insulation and a heatpump to keep you comfortable during the colder part of the year. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up but with just one queen bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.

Tūī retreat - a nature lover’s paradise!

If you love being surrounded by nature but also desire proximity to town, this is the place for you! The tui retreat is a quiet and serene space surrounded by native bush and bird life. You’ll stay in the sleepout, which is a brand new, fully insulated, space which is fully detached from the main house. It has a queen bed (linen and electric blanket provided), it’s own private bathroom, mini fridge, table and chairs, and tea/coffee making facilities.

Enjoy the private setting, established garden and native birds. Our accommodation is close to Mosgiel and Green Island shops and restaurants. Just 20 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre. There is a Bus stop just a short walk up the road. This newly renovated space is clean, modern and comfortable. A great place to relax, perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Our lovely guesthouse is conveniently located just a 7 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre and 3 minutes’ to Mornington shopping centre, cafe, gas station etc. Bus stop just stands 2 minutes walk which can take you right to Mornington shopping centre or City centres. Plus 2 minutes walk to childcare or local playground, 3 minutes walk to Kaikorai Valley College . It’s perfect for a single or a couple for short term stay.
