Spring is upon us here in the Lakes Region! Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away and vistas to enjoy the season are all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room for your boat and trailer as the summer season arrives! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.
