Relax and unwind in our cozy fully furnished barn, on our tranquil 10 Acre property in Motukarara, the gateway to Banks Peninsula. The cottage was extensively refurbished in 2025 and offers a high standard of clean, beautifully presented self contained accommodation, with uninterrupted views of farm paddocks and rolling hills. With Weedons golf course directly across the road and Rolleston township less than 5 mins away, this truly is a unique location. The Motorway access is very close that allows you a quick route into Christchurch or travel to the north or south. This home stands alone from the main dwelling on the property and has its own private access.
