The Richmond Hills have lots of walking and mountain bike trails with fantastic views over the Tasman Bay. Rabbit Island with its wonderful beach and spectacular scenery is also a great place to enjoy the day and just 15 min away by car.

There is access across the hallway to a generous sized bathroom, that has both bath and shower. Bedroom two, offers a queen bed, with direct access to dressing room and ensuite.

Come and enjoy the semi rural feel in Tasman Village with Kina beach only a minute away by car. Motueka 10 minutes away and Kiteriteri 20 mins away. Head down to Mapua for a wine at Rium bar and eat some fantastic Fish and chips at The Smoke House after a busy day exploring. This is a comfortable open living space for a couple.
