The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Dispone di una stanza con letto matrimoniale e di un divano letto matrimoniale situato nel soggiorno. Il condizionatore è presente nel soggiorno, la stanza da letto presenta ventilatore da soffitto

Immerso nel verde ed in posizione panoramica, offre strepitosa vista della rocca, del porto e del mare. Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è composto da due ampie camere da letto, un grande salone, bagno, lavanderia e cucina. Tutti gli ambienti climatizzati. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della proprietà.

If you come during wintertime the apartment has floor heating. The position of the apartments will assure you a vacation that is like balm for your soul and always in reach of the best of Sicily. From season 2026 the pool is not availble.
