Lage: Ruhige u. sichere Wohngegend, nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Donauinsel u. das Wiener Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls schnell u. einfach erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die vielen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in 15-30 Minuten.

Komplett neu renovierte, 650 Jahre alte Altstadtwohnung, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt in absoluter Ruhelage im wunderschönen Wehrgraben direkt neben dem Steyrfluss. Besonderheiten sind antike Möbel, Marmorbad mit Fußbodenheizung, originale Holzdielenböden kombiniert mit modernsten Annehmlichkeiten unauffällig in das charmante Ambiente eingebettet. Kostenlose Nutzung von TV, WLAN, Playstation. Aufgrund des Altbaus ist es angenehm kühl, auch in den heißen Sommertagen.

Bungalow Natur pur für 2 Erwachsene und max 1 Kind

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Nachbarn gibt es keine (Einzellage). Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Steyr nur ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und der Stadtkern mit der wunderschönen Altstadt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.

Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Naturschutzgebiet Grüner See,Berge, Wald, Wiese, Badesee. Bachlauf an der Grundstücksgrenze.. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen komfortablem Bett, Licht, Küche, Gemütlichkeit, schöne Terasse, eigener Garten für die Gäste. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Familien mit 2 Kindern (in der Wohnküche befindet sich eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch) .
