Rustic, character filled, architect designed cabin with a master loft and two small bedrooms constructed largely from recycled building materials, located in a rural-residential area on 5 acres of forest close enough to the ocean you can hear it in the distance. There are neighbours but it's relatively private. Just to be absolutely clear, the Camp House is not 'on' the beach but it's close. It takes about four minutes to get to Congo Beach by car. We are 'pet friendly'. Max guests - six people.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is a studio apartment with a shared living and bedroom space. Your pet is welcome to use a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground! The unit is located 1 km from the beach and the river and 6 km from the small country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, bushwalking and bike trails are easily accessible.

Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.

Yard not enclosed. We welcome happy guests with realistic expectations, who are interested in enjoying their stay & will treat us, our house, and our neighbors with consideration. Our farm looks out to the sea, across lush green fields. Your private two story accommodation is self contained with outside living areas and modern amenities. The top story is the spacious bedroom and is ideally suited to a couple, with a queen size bed and magnificent views. It also has a daybed in the same room, that can be used by a child. Although the double sofa in the downstairs living area can be made up to be a double bed, privacy could be a concern. Families excepted.

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.
