It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Situated in the Shandon area of Edinburgh, it’s a quiet top floor flat directly beside a large park. Easy access to the city centre, just a 25-minute walk along the canal, leading straight to the meadows and castle. Alternatively, multiple bus routes nearby and the airport is just 20 minutes by taxi. Free parking available at the weekends, 10 pound per day during the week.

Self-check in by key box, on to a quiet and tucked away tenement stair (1st floor, 19 steps, no elevator) flat, though we're happy to meet up and give you any tips or recommendations that you require. We are Airbnb hosts of almost 4 years and happy to share our experience.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh, the leafy area of Bruntsfield is a highly sought after area being only a short walk into city centre and historical attractions including Edinburgh Castle. It boasts many restaurants, bars, cafes & fabulous shops. The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms one with en suite shower. It had a fully functional kitchen which is stocked with tea & coffee and other essentials. It also had a private sunny front garden.

Spacious flat 15 mins to Grassmarket & Royal Mile

This bright and airy traditional tenement flat is located in the upmarket area of Newington. Edinburgh city centre is around a half an hour walk or 10/15 minutes via public transport. Our apartment has traditional features such as a real fire place, high ceiling and cornices. The flat has recently been modernised with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. We have all the cooking equipment you need to cook a lovely meal.

Guests will find a beautifully refurbished 1 bed apartment perfect for 2. Pristine bed linens, kitchen, tasteful decor, Tv & Dvd player. A place to call home for short or longer term stays. The bathroom has a corner bath and overhead shower. This lower ground apartment is in a traditional Edinburgh tenement which can be accessed by a few stairs to the front door followed by a corridor and down a 12 steps to the apartment.

Our place is close to the city centre, the Meadows, Bruntsfield Links public golf course, plenty of restaurants and cafes. A well-served bus stop is two minutes from the front door. Our place is in a quiet neighbourhood not far (~25 min. walk) from the city centre and Festival attractions, which means you can look forward to relaxing away from the hubbub at the end of your day.
