Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9-10 PM. You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!

Towerhouse @ 8,000ft

Towerhouse was featured in the magazine Utah Syle and design when it was built in 1996. At the time it was cutting edge with it's use of green materials, radiant heat and unique architecture. The house is 4-stories with 400sq feet on each floor. A 'drone' video of the house is available on YouTube.
