Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Just 2 minutes from a fantastic park to walk or have a good time enjoying outdoor activities, and 10 min from Fayetteville Pavillion where you will find many stores

Close to great shopping: Ashley Park, Newnan. Cancer Treatment Center 10min Callaway Resort and Gardens 45 min Up to 2 guests permitted. No parties. No unregistered guests.
