The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom is new and has a heated tiled floor.

Down the Lane @ 408 is tucked down a laneway on the restaurant strip of North Hobart. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, and opposite the iconic State Cinema. The heart of the CBD is a 15 minute gentle walk or alternatively the bus stop is directly opposite the accommodation. There is parking allocated to this accommodation. The location is one of its best assets. It is difficult to get accommodation on the strip at this price
