Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. This clean, modern space features country charm, peace and quiet, and gorgeous scenery. It's off the main road, but close enough to everything. 35 minutes west of the MSP airport. The space is the entire lower level. Private entrance, heated floors, and ice-cold AC. Two smart T.V's, one in the bedroom and the living room. Well-stocked kitchenette and nice refrigerator. Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, work, or just rest. A nice grill and campfire space are provided. Pets are welcome.

We are offering our guesthouse for our home and it is set on 20 acres of rolling hills. This is a farm-like setting with free-range chickens, barn cats, and couple of dogs. This unique property offers a country feel while being close to the Twin Cities. You will have about 800 sq. ft. to relax in or sit out by a campfire, enjoy a walking trail, or rest in a hammock. All this is a 10 minutes drive from Cabela's, the Outlet Mall in Albertville, and Hillside mountain bike trails in Elk River.

Level yard walks directly to lake and on-site boat launch. Although not handicap accessible, the main floor bedroom/living area and level lot would accommodate someone with limited mobility.
