Enjoy a morning soak in the hot tub, or champagne under the stars. Charming and stylish, this studio offers a large walk-in shower and comfortable hotel suite-feel. The kitchen is stocked for light cooking or heating meals from one of the excellent local restaurants. 5-min drive to world-class beaches, resorts, and Montecito's Upper/Lower Villages.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. 1 K bed and 1 Q pull out sofa, W/D in the unit and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor patio/garden area and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow most dogs upon approval.
