This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

La Dimora sul Trebbia

Un alloggio immerso nel verde dall’ atmosfera rilassante a due passi dal Trebbia. Io e la mia famiglia saremo felici di ospitarti da solo, con amici o con tutta la tua famiglia. Il nostro Border Collie Leo è bravissimo con persone e bambini ma non gradisce la presenza di altri animali, soprattutto cani maschi e gatti. Per questo, a malincuore, potremo ospitare solo cani femmine. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una stradina privata di 50 metri che conduce alle rive del Trebbia.

Fascino di un fienile dell'800

Ci troviamo a 1 ora da Milano, all'inizio dei colli piacentini e vicinissimi al famoso borgo medievale di Castell'arquato, lungo il tracciato della via Francigena. Avrete l'opportunità di soggiornare dentro uno spazio suggestivo: la stalla - in cui è ancora presente la mangiatoia - collocata sotto il fienile della cascina. Alla magia dell' esperienza si aggiungono le palpitanti luci delle lucciole, nel mese di giugno, e l'incontro con caprioli e daini lungo tutto l'anno.
