The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Viaduc de la Souleuvre à 10 minutes ( saut élastique, accrobranche, luge etc...) 20 minutes de Vire et St Lô , 35 minutes pour Avranches et Caen.

It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
