Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. My guest house is perfect for a small family (a couple of parents and a small child who can sleep on the couch). Convenient location, 10 minutes drive to city of Pasadena and city of the hope, 5 minutes drive to Huntington library and Los Angeles botanical garden. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Hmart supermarket and some restaurants, and 25 minutes to walk to Arcadia Mall. So it is just as convenient even if you don’t have a car

COZY Guesthouse in Covina-Private Bath/Own Entranc

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Contemporary loft apartment in quiet residential neighborhood. Short walk to old town Monrovia's theater, shops and great restaurants or hike to the waterfalls in Canyon park. Located in upper Monrovia on a private residence the apartment is a back house with upper and lower levels. The open concept loft has no walls, 18 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless appliances and Jacuzzi tub. Outdoor table and bbq are a shared space.

Cozy Hideaway

My Cozy Hideaway is close to Eaton Canyon. The name says it all: the studio apartment is nestled beneath a 100-year old pine tree in a quiet neighborhood. If you like succulents, you'll enjoy my gardens. The backyard has a gas barbecue grill and several eating & sitting areas. It is good for couples or business travelers. Couples with an infant or small child are also welcome to book if the child can sleep in a portable crib.
