Tiny House - Big Farm Adventure near Pittsburgh

Enjoy an Adventure in "Glamping" at Highland House on Pittsburgher Highland Farm. This custom built Tiny House is situated on over 100 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with Scottish Highland cattle, chickens, sheep & lambs, pigs, fish in the pond, and 2 beehives. You have use of the entire farm during your stay. Located about 45 minutes south-east of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania's beautiful Laurel Highlands, there is lots to see and do both on site and nearby. Log Cabin

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the secondary bedroom includes a full-size bed. The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, and the loft adds two twin mattresses for additional accommodations, ideal for kids. The cabin’s kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an oven and refrigerator and microwave. Whether you're enjoying time indoors or exploring the outdoors, this cabin offers the perfect balance of comfort and adventure.

1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !
