The property is located approximately half a mile (about a 10 minute walk) from Twyn Square in the centre of Usk town, which has many pubs shops and eateries. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen and there are 2 good sized bedrooms overlooking the front garden. There are many breathtakingly beautiful walks on the doorstep. Access is along a single track lane leading to a private parking area for 1-2 cars. Strictly no parking on the lane please, because it is a public right of way.

The Laundry barn is a recently converted Grade II listed building, dating back to the 1800’s it was originally built to do the laundry for the village estate. The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.
