It is in a very handy central location for all visitor attractions and scenic areas near Glasgow, Stirling, Falkirk and Edinburgh, as well as nearby towns of Kirkintilloch and Cumbernauld. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
