Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Only 10 minutes drive from town, our house sits high up on a hill over looking Whakaipo Bay, Lake Taupo's western bays and the surrounding farmland. Feel like you are in the middle of nowhere while only being minutes from the lively town of Taupo. Our large front porch and yard is the perfect place to enjoy time with your loved ones. Only minutes to Whakaipo Bay- a large calm bay that is the perfect swimming spot for the whole family. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views- in our new spa!

Secluded Forest Retreat, Paradise Valley, Rotorua

Romantic getaway, total privacy within 18 acres of native bush. Disconnect from society, re-connect with yourself. Our tiny house in the trees is set amongst the ferns and pongas with seclusion in mind, only native birds as close neighbours. No road noise, off street parking. Nature permitting, you can star gaze while soaking in the outdoor bath, spot the milky way, or our very own glow worms. 15mins drive to CBD and Eat street, Gondolas, Canopy Tours, Hobbiton approximately an hour away.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).
