Situated in Ragalna, this brilliant holiday home features a 5000sqm garden with an outdoor pool of 15mx10m, 1,5m deep at the front and 3m deep on the back, working 24h, with a complete pool furniture: sun beds, beach umbrella & shower. The unit is only 18km to the volcano Etna, 22km to Catania Airport. The two kitchens are fully furnished with: dishwasher, oven, coffee machine. The outdoor kitchen present a magnificent barbecue! Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

The Cavagrande loft is one of three lodgings within the recently renovated lava stone structure. The loft was created from an ancient millstone and has just been redesigned.
