Das alleinstehende, romatische kleine Holzhaus liegt direkt an der Moesa. Ideal für Hundehalter und Naturliebhaber. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Gemeindegebiet Mesocco und kann mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post, Bank und ÖV Anschluss sind in Mesocco vorhanden. Für die Hunde gibt es zwei überdachte Zwinger mit isolierter Hundehütte, auf der grosszügigen Terrasse können sie sich ebenfalls aufhalten. Im Haus sind Hunde erlaubt, sofern sie es gewohnt und erzogen sind.

Im gemütlichen Chalet lässt es sich perfekt erholen vom Alltag. Braggio ist die Sonnenterrasse des Calancatals und nur mit der Seilbahn zu erreichen. In diesem ruhigen Dorf mit wenig Tourismus ist Ausspannen vom Alltag angesagt, zum Beispiel bei einem Spaziergang, einer Bergtour oder ganz gemütlich vor dem Schwedenofen. Das Chalet ist einfach eingerichtet und ist auch für Familien geeignet. Geheizt wird mit dem Schwedenofen, gekocht auf Glaskeramik. Warmwasser und Strom sind vorhanden.
