We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

Great open floor place with a spacious upstairs master bedroom. With the views of the pond and the beautiful landscaping.This 1 bedroom 1 bath corner unit that has an open kitchen/living/dining area with washer/dryer hook ups. Upstairs is a large master with a walk in closet and bathroom. The community is gated and also has plenty of walkways, community pool, lovely pond with bridges to connect the grounds

Quaint little two bedroom two bath guest house that was remodeled 6 years ago. We moved into guest house as we renovated are 100 year farm house. It left us with a great guest house. . Hughson is less than 20 minutes from 4 hospitals. We are an outgoing family of 5 with 3 kids aging 20to 14. We love to be outside & are very social.
