See the Salesforce Tower lit up at night from the floor-to-ceiling windows of this immaculately appointed property, which comes with a large walk-in closet plus rain shower. Music lovers will appreciate the acoustic guitar and electric keyboard. Please note that this residence does have belongings in the closet. Ample room has been reserved for guests. Modern luxury apartment with amazing views, especially at night overlooking some of SF's iconic locations such as AT&T Park, the Salesforce Tower, and the San Francisco Bay. Inside the apartment, you have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, queen sized bed with a down comforter, a large walk-in shower with rain shower head, and living room with a big screen TV to access Netflix/Hulu or Chromecast. The entire apartment is open for guests to use, but keep in mind there will be clothes hanging in the closet and some personal items as this is my home and not a full-time airbnb. Most of the time I will still be in the city and will be available if you need anything or have any questions about the area/apartment. Step just a block to reach the famous Market Street, while within 5 minutes is Hayes Valley, filled with hip shops, cafes, and bars. A longer stroll or 5-minute MUNI ride will reach the iconic ferry building for water-borne trips to Sausalito. 5-minute walk to Bill Graham Civic Auditorium 20-minute walk, a 5-minute drive, or 12-minute MUNI to Moscone Center 10-minute MUNI to Salesforce Tower Located within one block is BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) which is the underground train and MUNI which is comprised of an above-ground rail system and busses. You are also able to have Uber/Lyft pick up right outside the building. However, please be sure to double check with the driver that they are dropping you off on 9th street and not the back alley (Laskie). Sometimes GPS will put a pin on Laskie street instead of 9th. There are multiple parking garages around the building and one in the building that is $30 a day and subject to availability. The city, especially SoMa is very bikeable if you were to rent bikes and explore around Market street.

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Ideally located in Noe Valley with a walkability score of 91, this in-law unit is the lower level of my single family home. Very large rooms, the bedroom features a queen bed, desk for any work you need to do and an en-suite bathroom. Dining area has a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, tall dining table. Live like you own Church street in SF

Thanks for taking an interest in my apartment. Its perfect for one to two people although it can sleep four with the pull out bed. Years ago, it was a home movie theater. I converted it into a bedroom but kept the movie screen. There are some personal family photos in the unit only. Dresser and closet are empty. The deck is a perfect place to relax in the afternoon to take in the sunset and look onto Church street. VERY IMPORTANT! Read my pet/parking information before booking.

Welcome to Potrero Hill! We are the sunniest neighborhood in the city and are perfectly located. Our home is 15 min walk to SF General Hospital, UCSF, Mission Bay, SOMA, and the Mission district. You will get an entire bottom floor of the house, fully separated from our home. Home is brand new, built in 2022. While you have total privacy, we are on site in case anything comes up. Parking is easy and we are near the freeways, making it easy to get to Silicon Valley, Marin, or Napa.

Over 2 adult guests there is an extra fee of $25/per night. Children under 16 are free. Public transportation, restaurants, cafes, whole foods, bakery etc are all in walking distance.
