The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!

Rancho Mesa Escondida (Hidden Mesa) Adobe ranch house is a peaceful retreat on the bluffs overlooking the ocean, just above Rincon Point and minutes from the seaside town of Carpinteria. Large, open 1 bedroom/1 bathroom w/ full kitchen, vaulted ceilings walk in closet and washer and dryer in unit. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, with fireplace and television. Entire unit has ocean views and a patio to watch the beautiful Summerland sunsets. 5 min walk or bike ride to Summerland Beach.
