The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. Enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding nearby. Close to Cirencester town, water parks and traditional gastro pubs

Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

A new barn conversion near Cirencester

The cottage is set in a beautiful location overlooking our grass farm. Built and furnished to a very high standard and only completed in June '23 it’s ideal for a quiet weekend break on the edge of the Cotswolds. We have taken great care in the design to make sure the bed is super comfortable, the bath is big enough for a long soak and the kitchen is well equipped. All beds/bedding, highchair etc for a toddler and baby available. The 2nd bedroom has a cot and children's bed.

Latton is a small village on the edge of the Cotswolds and only a 15 minute drive away from the vibrant market town of Cirencester. The location offers good access to the surrounding Cotswold villages and has good road links via the M4 and M5 motorways. Latton is surrounded by open countryside with walks directly from the property. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

This self-contained cottage is attached to the main farm house and provides a spacious and comfortable base to enjoy the Cotswold villages and the huge range of activities in the Water Park: walks, cycling, golf, water sports. Walk by the fledging River Thames in the village and visit the White Hart pub.
