Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

A cozy cottage located on a rural crossroad right in the heart of the finger lakes. Just off the wine trail with wineries close by. 15 min from watkins glenn and 5 min from dundee. The huose has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and a recliner. Downstairs is a fully furnished kitchen including k-cup coffee maker, microwave and kitchen stove. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room with couch and recliners.

In the winter, we love to visit Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, 45 minutes from us! We can't wait to host you!
