This ground floor opens out through French doors onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped kitchen with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.
