Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels.

Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. (No cats please)

Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles, and an Osprey nest atop a 20 ft high tree stump just a quarter mile from shore. The mobile home is inside Mid Lake Campground located on Toledo Bend, one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina.
