Stabburet har strøm, men ikke innlagt vann eller toalett. Gjester kan bruke dusj og toalett i hovedhuset som ligger 30 m unna. Eller bare sitte på verandaen å nyte utsikten og se cruisebåtene seile forbi. Hytten er et perfekt utgangspunkt for toppturer sommer som vinter i vakre Rauma med sine majestetisk fjell. The property is a 5-minute walk from Moldefjorden and a 20-minute drive from the Skaret ski slope. Only 14 minutes from Molde city center.

Lingås gard ligg med perfekt utgangspunkt nært fleire populære turistmål og turdestinasjonar, midt mellom Trollstigen og Geirangerfjorden. Storslått utsikt og naturopplevingar i heile området. Hytta har dobbeltseng på soverom, og køyeseng i sovealkove. Kort vei til Molde sentrum, ca. 15 km og ca. 40 km til Åndalsnes. Liten nærbutikk og busstopp ca 150 meter fra hytta. Kort vei til sjøen med badestrand (ca 200 meter). Ta gjerne kontakt med verten dersom behov for tidligere innsjekking!
