Newly constructed in 2020, this cottage has all the finishes and amenities you could hope for in a vacation rental. The cottage was designed to preserve the look and feel of the classic Old-Florida beach house that previously lined the beach-side streets of Mexico Beach. This cottage is located beachside of Hwy. 98, so no crossing the highway while juggling your kids and beach gear.

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!
