It's famous for its beautiuful Basilica, the Cappelle Medicee and the Mercato Centrale. It's five minutes walk from the Central train Station of Santa Maria Novella and three minutes walk from the Duomo. It's also very close to the Uffizi, the Galleria of the Accademia, Ponte Vecchio and all the most famous shopping streets of Florence.

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

All'ultimo piano di un caratteristico edificio fiorentino, qui troverai un ambiente confortevole dove potersi rilassare ad un passo dai divertimenti della città. L'appartamento è ideale per due persone ma può accoglierne fino a tre (il divano composto da comodi materassi diviene il terzo letto).

Situato nel centro storico, in un quartiere residenziale, autentico e poco turistico, è perfetto per vivere Firenze come un vero fiorentino. Il centro è facilmente visitabile a piedi. WiFi fibra ultraveloce, TV con Chromecast, aria condizionata caldo/freddo illimitata. Ottimi collegamenti: fermata bus e taxi sotto casa, stazione raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento si trova nella nuova zona residenziale di Firenze collegata al centro storico in 10 minuti con la linea T2 della tramvia. La stessa vi collega all'aereoporto in 5 minuti. L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Vi e’ un ingresso con soggiorno- cucina molto luminoso grazie ad un balcone spazioso. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.
