Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Απέχει 24 χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Χίου και 16 χλμ. από το λιμάνι στων Μεστών. Ο επισκέπτης έχει σύντομη πρόσβαση στο Μουσείο μαστίχας (5 χλμ. ), στα Μαύρα Βόλια(4 χλμ.) μια από τις πιο σπάνιες παραλίες της Ελλάδας. It has two floors in the first of which you will find the dining room, living room, the kitchen and a bathroom whereas in the second you will find the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Finally a stone built ladder leads to the spacious terrace where you can dine and relax by the stunning view of the village.
