The property has been ftted out with quality furniture and a well equipped kitchen together with Sleeping Duck mattresses and fine bed linen. Ducted hot & cool air and a wood stove will keep you cool in summer and cosy in winter. There is also a good sized deck off the living area and large pet friendly garden with patio and fire pit.

This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!

Looking into Kangaroo Valley. It is right next door to Osborn House, on its own private fenced block. The cottage is nestled in the trees with a huge picture window. You won’t forget your time in this romantic and memorable place.
