Our super clean cozy private entrance guest suite just off the 416 in the quaint small town of Kemptville (20 min from Ottawa) can often host last minute bookings. The suite is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door and there are no shared spaces. The self contained suite has a queen-sized bed, 2 TVs, couch, chair, desk, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker. On the main level of a bungalow. Not in a basement! 10 foot ceilings, tons of light! Must have car, no uber, no transit.

We're located one block from Smiths Falls main street downtown from local shopping, eateries & bake shops.

Bachelor apartment

You'll have a great time at this comfortable bachelor apartment outside of smiths falls. You have a full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, 42” TV, new couch. You can practice your putting on the putting green outside the store. The apartment is set at 21 degrees and there is 3 units upstairs. You are not able to change the temperature it stays at 21 degrees. Hope this is not a issue can always supply a heater if needed. The building is off of highway 43. Patio & BBQ. Play pen available upon ask

Please note we are presently under heavy street construction. There is presently no parking in driveway or in front of house. Not the easiest entry from the street.
