The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. This property is self contained annexe, with one double bedroom, open plan living/kitchen area and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property). There is ample parking for two cars.
