The deck overlooking the lake and private dock with boat slip is located across the street on the lake side of the property. The house is not on the lake. Close to all the marina's. Right in the heart of Bourbon country. Please note: Lake is currently at winter pool level. The steps down to the dock do not reach the dock walkway.
