Surrounded by the green hills and woodland, the chalet is the perfect place for a relaxing or romantic vacation both in summer and in winter. All comforts are provided: TV, fridge/freezer, shower, washing machine and a laundry, a large garden and a garage.

If you are looking for a sunny, romantic place in which you can enjoy some peaceful and quiet moments at the footsteps of the Dolomites (1100mt s/m) our portion of this old farmhouse (150m2) is what you are looking for. It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

Το σαλέ De Ultimis βρίσκεται ανάμεσα σε ήσυχα ορεινά λιβάδια και παραδοσιακές φάρμες στην περιοχή Ultental στο St. Pankraz (San Pancrazio), Νότιο Τιρόλο. Το ρουστίκ-μοντέρνο σπίτι διακοπών διαθέτει ενιαία κουζίνα με νησίδα, τραπεζαρία με πανοραμική θέα, γωνιά με καναπέ, ξυλόσομπα και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, τρία υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια και ένα WC επισκεπτών, φιλοξενώντας έως έξι άτομα. La nostra baita di montagna si trova sull'Altopiano di Pinè, nel cuore del Trentino nella tranquilla località di "Pitoi" a Regnana, frazione del Comune di Bedollo (TN) a 1350 metri sul livello del mare. E’ immersa nel verde a ridosso del bosco. Potrete passeggiare immersi nella natura gustando il profumo di alberi e funghi, vi rilasserete nell'ampio giardino attrezzato, riposerete in letti morbidi e accoglienti... Fate della vostra vita un sogno... e di un sogno la realtà!

The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.
