We are minutes from quaint downtown Burnsville and all the conveniences you would need. Sit on the porch while listening to the creek or explore the nearby attractions such as waterfalls, hikes, state parks, fishing, and many more. Wifi Room available on property just a short walk from the cabin.

Classic log cabin has a fabulous view of Lake Lure plus five ranges of the Blue Ridge, Perfect for family time or couples retreat or maybe just a well-deserved get-away. Enjoy extra outdoor privacy from our sundeck, patio and balcony. Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bath, and queen-sized bed plus all bedrooms are located on separate floors.Preparing meals is easy in the fully appointed kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a granite topped island for serving. This is our old home place on the farm were I was raised here with my grand parents. It was remodeled in 2006 with lots of love and holds a special place in our lives. A place to come and relax by the creek. Sit on the porch and rock in the evenings. Fire Pit available by advanced request down by the creek. The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.
