Casa immersa nella natura con due ampie stanze matrimoniali attigue, grande soggiorno con angolo cottura, veranda, bagno e giardino esclusivo per un'esperienza stravagante. Necessario automezzo per poter raggiungere il centro di Trieste in 15 minuti. Luogo sempre silenzioso e rilassante. Pista ciclabile a pochi minuti per raggiungere la città per chi è allenato! Passeggiate e sentieri nei boschi immediatamente a due passi da casa. Possibilità di fare fuoco e grigliate. Wellness a solo 1 km!!!

L'alloggio dispone di una camera da letto con due letti singoli avvicinati, anche divisibili. Accesso al Wi-Fi. Zona giorno con macchina da caffè, piastra elettrica, microonde e frigo.

Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

Stadio e Palazzetto a 15 min a piedi, in auto 2 min e con i mezzi pubblici 8min. Molta facilità di parcheggio gratuito comunale. Saremo lieti di accogliervi e di ospitarvi nella nostra città! Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

“Sand” is located on the ground floor, with an indipendent entrance, but the garten is not fenced and animals are admitted on owner's responsability. Private parking, wi-fi, TV, full equipped kitchen, a patio and an eating zone in the garden. Near Muggia and near Parenzana cycling route, in a panoramic and quiet area, from where you can reach slovenian and croatian Istria very easily. Animals are welcome, but they cannot be left alone in the apartment.

L’appartamento S&A House si trova a Bagnoli della Rosandra, paese all’imbocco della Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a pochi chilometri da Trieste, a ridosso del confine con la Slovenia. Grazie al suo ricchissimo patrimonio naturalistico la Val Rosandra, con il suo corso d'acqua superficiale unico del Carso triestino, il Torrente Glinščica e alla cascata di circa 40m è sempre stata meta di escursionisti e rocciatori.
