Sitting in the heart of Cambridge, this recently refurbished two-bedroom apartment holds historic significance. Originally built in 1913 by the Priestley family, the building initially housed a saddlery on the ground floor, with a dentist's clinic on this very floor. Today, the apartment has been transformed into a modern, cosy living space, while retaining its charming historical features, like the casement windows and the suspended verandas, which were a novelty to Cambridge at the time.

Walk to town from self contained accommodation.

Here at TE HUIS (at home) we provide our guests with a private self contained annex to our home with its own entrance and parking. Not suitable for children. This space is quiet and comfortable with a queen bed in a separate bedroom, living area with tv, sofa, table, kitchenette (portable hobs only) plus bathroom. A 15-20 minute walk to all that Cambridge has to offer, cafes, supermarkets, shops, walking and cycling tracks plus Lake Te Koo Utu. Pets strictly by prior arrangement only.

Centrally located apartment in the heart of Matamata, a small rural town made famous by the filming of Hobbiton which is an easy 10 minute drive away. We are close to the rail trail and we can accommodate secure storage of bikes. This apartment has been tastefully decorated with quality bed linen and furnishings. A modern contemporary apartment tastefully furnished in the quaint town of Te Aroha. A quiet suburban neighbourhood, a short walk into Te Aroha township, kayak down the Piako River, walk/mountain bike Te Aroha Mountain, soak in the mineral pools... Why not enjoy our beautiful, peaceful harbourside setting for that get-away winter break. Bring the kids, bring the dog, and bring the boat for the all-tide boat ramp. Waihi Beach, Bowentown, Katikati and Waihi are all within 15 minutes drive with easy access to beaches, walks, shopping, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Tauranga City is 45-60mins depending on traffic.
