A unique opportunity to stay in the brand-new guesthouse of one of Wilmington's legendary downtown historic homes dating to 1895! Morvoren Cottage is just 4 blocks from the water and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown with private off-street parking. Have a drink on your private porch then catch a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion or Greenfield Lake. Nearby is the Castle Street District with tasty eateries and brunch! Plus, it's just a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville or Carolina Beaches!

Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Lovely apartment, private space. Open and spacious dining and living area. Well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Breakfast makings on hand. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

No Bad Daze - 1 Block To Beach

Welcome to No Bad Daze! Enjoy this newly renovated modern beach house that was completed in 2022. Located on the "North End" of Carolina Beach, you'll be steps away (0.1 miles) from public beach access (listen for the waves!), an 8 minute (0.4 miles) walk to Freeman Park, and a 4 minute drive (1.3 miles) to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. A convenient location on the island for a relaxing day by the ocean and all of the restaurants, nightlife, family activities that CB has to offer.

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

The Bungalow Loft

A classic 1946 duplex cottage on the outside, reimagined as a modern coastal retreat on the inside, The Bungalow Loft blends timeless charm with contemporary comfort. This thoughtfully designed space features one bedroom, two additional daybeds in the living area, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. Step outside to enjoy expansive outdoor living, complete with a front porch, spacious deck, fire pit, and refreshing outdoor shower.

Beachfront condo w/pool and great views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is oceanfront. Enjoy coffee or cocktails in the deck while watching the waves. Just steps from the beach with a garage to store all your beach and ocean toys. Everything you need is provided for your stay. Enjoy the pool and grilling area in the complex. Free parking on site. The boardwalk is 1.5 miles away with plenty of things to do and places to eat but far enough away that you have peace and quiet.

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.
