Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station.
