A master bedroom links on to a compact lounge & ensuite bathroom, dining & kitchen area from either side all with full views of the water & lagoon. There is a seperate sleeping pod with a Queen size bed 2 metres from main dwelling for an extra 2 guests. Amazing second Hot outdoor shower under the trees.

Ben Morven Vineyard Cottage

Experience country living with expansive views over the vineyard and valley. Open the dining room, lounge and bedroom doors wide open to enjoy an idyllic private setting. Unplug and unwind at Woodside Cottage with picturesque seaviews. Situated on a sheep and beef farm on the Kaikoura Coast- half way between Blenheim and Kaikoura (45min each way). It's a perfect base to explore both regions. The ferry in Picton is approximately 1h10min away. Watch the sunrise over the Pacific, take a stroll down to the beach to visit the seal colony or simply enjoy the serenity this private cottage has to offer with a book in hand.

Queen Charlotte Hideaway

Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
