Baita del Tonego - 10min dalle piste da sci

Baita del Tonego is an old family farmhouse,once used as a barn-stable, now renovated while preserving its original character. You will spend your holiday surrounded by nature,immersed in the greenery around the chalet,with a stunning view over the valley below and the Presanella mountain range. It can be easily reached with a small road about 300 m long (in case of snow,it is accessible on foot).The chalet is 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Passo del Tonale and 15 minutes from Marilleva 900.

RAGGIUNGIBILE SU STRADA STERRATA IN SALITA DELLA DURATA DI 5 MINUTI CON AUTO 4X4 E' compreso nel prezzo il servizio di trasporto bagagli con la jeep o il quad unico mezzo a salire in inverno . In inverno la strada è impraticabile causa neve, per cui è necessario salire a piedi, con una camminata di circa 20 minuti.

Το διώροφο ακίνητο αποτελείται από καθιστικό, καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 4 υπνοδωμάτια και 4 μπάνια και μπορεί επομένως να φιλοξενήσει 7 άτομα. Στις πρόσθετες παροχές περιλαμβάνονται Wi-Fi υψηλής ταχύτητας (κατάλληλο για βιντεοκλήσεις), τηλεόραση καθώς και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Διατίθενται επίσης βρεφική κούνια και καρεκλάκι μωρού. Αυτό το σαλέ προσφέρει ιδιωτικό εξωτερικό χώρο με κήπο και σκεπαστή βεράντα.

Το σαλέ βρίσκεται στη Ζανόν, μια μικρή τοποθεσία που δεσπόζει πάνω από το χωριό Σαν Μπερνάρντο. Σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια φτάνετε στις βασικές υπηρεσίες του χωριού και στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς.

Baita Nido tra i Monti

Η εξοχική κατοικία "Baita Nido tra i Monti" βρίσκεται σε υψόμετρο 1290 μ. πάνω από την επιφάνεια της θάλασσας στο δήμο Valdaone και είναι προσβάσιμη με αυτοκίνητο από το χωριό Roncone. Το ακίνητο, το οποίο εκτείνεται σε 2 ορόφους, αποτελείται από καθιστικό με καναπέ, κουζίνα, 2 υπνοδωμάτια (το ένα με κουκέτα), μια σοφίτα με διπλό κρεβάτι καθώς και ένα μπάνιο και μπορεί επομένως να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα.

Chalet dell'Orso

Αυτό το υπέροχο αλπικό σαλέ βρίσκεται στο Τρεντίνο, 8 χλμ. από το Pinzolo, και είναι βυθισμένο στην όμορφη Val Rendena, μπροστά από την κορυφή Carè Alto. Η δομή ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2019 και είναι σε τρεις ορόφους.
