Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Located within 30 minutes of Syracuse, Skaneateles, Finger Lakes wineries and hiking trails. Well-stocked kitchen, books, DVDs, games, shared dock and sloping beach to take out watercraft.
