Jakob's cottage is an apartment house located in the heart of Kozjansko, on a spot with an amazing view on vineyards. The cottage offers a kitchen, one bedroom with a family bed and extra bed for two persons, one bathroom and a wooden balcony with an overhang from where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and peace. The apartment offers a covered parking place, an outdoor fireplace and free Wi-Fi. It is located about 10km from Terme Olimia and is a great starting point for hikers and bicyclists.

NEW Mediterranean studio apartment

This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

On the terrace, you will find a jacuzzi with a view and a barbecue. Local delicacies can be purchased, and there is an option to rent 2 electric bicycles. Cosy suite located in a small village, surrounded by nature and only 2 km from the highway (exit Dramlje). The suite is a separate building suitable for 2 persons. It includes a double bed in a main room and as well shower and toilet room. There is an oven and dining table available for barbecue in front of the suite. A big pool with heated water can be used by guests in the summer season. Finnish sauna can be used with extra charge. Pets are welcome.

From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
