Kores boutique houses - Ekaterini

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο στο Νέο Χωριό και αποτελεί μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος 5 κατοικιών με κοινόχρηστη πισίνα. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό κήπο και χώρο στάθμευσης. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όμορφη θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας και στα Λευκά 'Ορη. Απέχει από το αεροδρόμιο των Χανίων περίπου 25χλμ, 30χλμ από το Ρέθυμνο και 5χλμ από τις όμορφες αμμώδεις παραλίες των Καλυβών. Το Νέο Χωριό απέχει περίπου 900μ απο το σπίτι όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε μίνι μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, ταβέρνες και καφετέριες.

"Kamara" meaning arch in English is a traditional Venetian building made from stone sitting over an archway in a public square. Its central position in Chania's old town area of Splantzia, close to the harbour & located next to the Saint Nicholas Church makes it an ideal base to explore from. Vines shade the entrance with the living accommodation up on the 1st floor. A sunny spot out on the roof terrace gives a glimpse of sea. It has a bright/airy neutral simplicity ideal for a holiday home.

Η αυλή της Ασπασίας, Λάκκοι, Χανιά Κρήτη

Ενα ήσυχο σπίτι 60τμ στο χωριό των Λάκκων, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Traditional stone house

Ανακαινισμένο - παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι 100 ετών (74,91 τ.μ.) που θυμίζει καταφύγιο. Βρίσκεται σε ένα μικρό χωριό που ονομάζεται Ζούρβα, σε υψόμετρο 650 μ. στην καρδιά των Λευκών Ορέων. Επιπλωμένο, με κλιματισμό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τηλεόραση και ενεργειακό τζάκι για τις κρύες χειμωνιάτικες νύχτες. Δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με εκπληκτική θέα στο κυπαρισσόδασος και το φαράγγι της Τρομάρισσας. Υπάρχουν δύο ταβέρνες στο χωριό, καθώς και δύο όμορφα μονοπάτια.
