Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. This cute one level bungalow is perfect for a beach getaway or a family getaway with your marine. Conveniently located near the back gate to Camp Lejuene. This home is set up with every convenience & loads of fun too! Open floor plan with living room, dining, and kitchen looking out into fenced backyard with covered patio and hot tub. Large game room with ping pong table and air hockey. Four bedrooms are well appointed and cozy. There are also 2 1/2 baths and laundry room.

Granny's Little Cottage

Do you want to feel like you are back at granny's for the weekend?! This is the sweetest house to get away and relax on a nice vacation. Enjoy sipping coffee on the screened porch and listening to the birds before heading to the beach. For December the house will be decorated for Christmas. We're 8 miles from New River Air Station, 17 miles from Camp Lejeune main gate, 27 miles from Topsail Beach. Located in the country. House does have central heating and air conditioning.
